Re: Interesting video amoeba
Thank you for the reply back. I think you are right. This why microscopy is so interesting. But I find looking at alternatives and seaweed the most fascinating. Seeing the structure and cells.

Interesting video amoeba
I collected some moss then left it alone for several day. I started looking at it then I noticed something strange happening. It is a long video about thirty minutes. Look at the head of it. It looks like something get sucked in. Any information will be greatly appreciated. https://youtu.be/73fBYTMR...

Re: Online resource to help ID?
Hi and welcome to the sight.
You came to the right place for help, if they don't know it they will point you to the right place. I get most of my information here or on youtube. I do get books on Kindle. I like that PDF file that you attached it will be helpful for me.

What to with Specimens after observing.
Hi Everyone again,
I have been wondering if after you get done with observing a slide like pond water. Do you scrape slide off back into the water or put it in the drain. Myself I put back into the water. Am i correct in doing that?

Re: Camera won't take pictures
Break out you camera manual. Somewhere in there is a function to allow shutter release without a lens. Enable it. It's disabled by default since normally you take pictures with a lens. Obviously your adapter doesn't tell the camera it is a lens. Also see: https://www.dpreview.com/forums/thread/4437...

Hi,
I am a noob and have a question about connecting my mirrorless Canon M50 VII to my Swift SW350T. I did get a Swift 5mp camera but i want to attach the camera. I notice several types available specifically from Amscope, any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you
