I've heard of DuckDuckGo and Bing, but not the others so will definitely give them a try. Yes, definity use DuckDuckGo instead of Bing and Google to avoid their profile of you being used including that if you're using Google DNS use instead for example Cloudflare DNS (once again to avoid profiling).
