Is there a way I can mount a Canon Powershot SI 5 that can occupy the field of view? The bulge on the lens seems to limit the range of the focal point. So any solutions?

Re: A lot to resolve
For clarification I focus mainly in compound microscope work not to mention for me upgrading means just finding new parts to apply to my current scope (Omax M82ES) like objectives and different condensers and the like.

The second is more clarification on Huygenian eyepieces and their effects on image quality. Finally I would want to know if the mounting size of an eyepiece of by...

Where to buy prepared slides?
I have a set of Amscope microscope slides. 200 pieces in fact, but most of the specimens are very subpar. Sectioned slices are mostly stained in pink and plant structures are very bland.
So what sites do people buy prepared slides and can ship to Canada.

Re: What is the Illuminating Wavelength
Thanks now i did my calculations and
2(0.65)
---------
(600nm)
Equals to 0.00216666666
I know I'm wrong because the resolution limit is 0.250
So any help.

After preparing a permanent slide of Spirogyra I took some pictures. While its not as good as 75RR's, gekko's, QCC's, and other photomicrographers I did use only a 5MP Phone camera.
