Rolf's latest and best version for Zeiss West 160mm is based on a Zeiss C5 and a Leitz Periplan eyepiece, perhaps easier to find. Old KPL10 are not very common in Germany too. One important point is always to have parfocality between observation and camera. Not only for convenience but the objective would otherwise be used in the wrong focus position and not as it was calculated.

Also it indeed needs plan compensating eyepieces (PK as Zeiss called them at the time). Are you sure about the "K" for correction? it would hep to mention in wich country you are and whether you are using platforms like ebay. There used to be very nice x-y stages and also object guides to mount onto an existing stage from variuos quality brands of the past.

apart from the object field of the objective the camera and it's adaptation plays a bit role in how much area you can get in your photo. With an eyepiece of 18mm field of view a 4:1 objective should cover an object diameter of 18mm/4=4,5mm. Do you get this area in your photos?
