Be careful with WHAT you clean WITH. Coatings on Amscope lenses come of immediately when using a solvent such as alcohol. I would use a hand pump air blower. Like what they use for DSLR cameras.

If that didn't get it all out then I would very carefully use lens cleaner and a swab. Sometimes the swab can cause more problems though.

Iuse amscope. There fine. After awhile though after several cleanings they start to appear hazy or whatever. I clean them in alcohol.

Anybody ever try the windex? The worlds best glass cleaner, eh.

How come phase can only be used in 10x 20x 40x and 100x but not 4x or 60x?
