It is quite good and covers full frame sensors if I remember correctly, assuming one shoots focus stacks, because it is not plan. It was actually my exact LOMO 3.7x that RobertOToole tested and praised, after which the price went up dramatically. Congratulations !! I was looking back at his reviews...

In principle, the radius of curvature of your cleaning tool needs to be equal to, or less than, the curvature of the lens surface.
… In practice, this is getting worryingly close to being “a pointy thing” … so the answer is with great care and considerable finesse.
