Needed for removing air bubbles in specimens for wax embedding and slicing.
I have seen these specifications; would these work?
Flow rate 3CFM
ultrmate vacuum 5 Pa
1/4 HP motor

It really all depends on the size of the chamber. I use a hand powered vacuum pump, but my chamber is maybe 0.5 liter.
My understanding is that 3CFM should work reasonably for about 1 cubic foot (7.48 gallons / 35l) and will struggle as it goes up in volume.
A proper vacuum pump has been on my list for a long time now.

Thanks. Comes with a 7.6 L chamber; so should work just fine
