Leitz point counting stage

I recently purchased an old Leitz point counting stage that is missing the pinion knobs for the different click increments. Does anyone know if the knobs from the Meiji Techno MA945 point counting stage would fit the Leitz? The online pictures of the Meiji suggests that it is a close replica.
