This organism closely resembles the flagellate Anisonema (an euglenophyte, a close relative of Euglena).

However, you can see that it has four flagella, two short ones and two long ones. Is it an abnormal case? Is it an individual of Anisonema in bipartition? In any case, it is a very elegant microorganism!

I suspect it's a biflagellate cell in division.
