Soil Sample.. No clue what this is

Just took some soil and placed in a petri dish, added some water. I tilted the dish and sucked off some of the somewhat clear liquid and put it on a slide. This object is roughly 250um length and doesn't appear to move of its own accord , other than that I have no idea.
