Suctoria ID help

I have a video of a suctorian I've seen today and really need a little help to make up my mind.
Is it a tokophrya. I see a very robust short stalk and the spines only appear to be on the top of the cell where podophrya are all over the cell.
Very small and could only find this single specimen.
