It looks like the typical diatom-shaped to me.

Sample: desiccated homegrown algae
CX23 40x
ocular camera 5mp with 0.5x lens.

I would say most definitely-pretty common types-the real give away are the oblong shaped ones-at higher mag they have equally spaced markings on both longways edges that make them look a bit like a rulers-but they also come in very interesting shapes and size and move about slowly.
