Beautiful video. :) I'm quite sure it's a bryophyllid (Apobryophyllum, Bryophyllum, etc.). The very long oral bulge, packed with extrusomes is characteristic of that group, and we can just make out some nodules of a moniliform or scattered macronucleus. The overall appearance suggests Bryophyllum loxophylliforme Kahl 1931, but there are other members of the family that have a similar look. Was the habitat influenced by moss or soil, by any chance? Size of the creature?

You're so awesome.
Yes, It's from wet moss.
It's about 150um~ 160um length and 50um ~ 60um width.

OK, that's exactly the right size for Bryophyllum loxophylliforme, the type species of genus Bryophyllum. The habitat is typical, as the name suggests (Bryo = moss, phyllum = leaf...so, a leaf-like moss ciliate). To be absolutely sure, you'd want to get a clear view of the brosse, a brushlike structure of short cilia on one surface of the cell, near the dorsal edge (the shape of this structure differs in other bryophyllid genera, such as Apobryophyllum).
