You don't give the size or length of the critter but I think it kinda looks like an immature tape worm. Color is off. Transparency is off. Structure is VERY similar.

It much looks like tracheids: vessel like elements on plants.

Cell structure is too square. Obvious rectangles. Pattern repeats without any noticeable change. But it's transparency throws me off.
