The interior slowly undulates around like the Alien face-hugger in its pod. Any ideas?

Re: ID help with cyst on stalk
This is the stalked egg capsule of a microscopic flatworm (so, an animal, not a protozoan! ). The faint line around the top marks the operculum, which will open like a lid when the worm hatches from the egg.

Thanks, Bruce. I suspected a flatworm when I saw the two eyespots, but was thrown by the cluster of “balls” inside.
Cheers,
Bob
