Cilliates
Has anybody any idea what these three ciliates are. They are freshwater and fairly small (<100 um)

The first one is a sessile peritrich in its migratory telotroch phase.
The second is a dorsal view of a hypotrich. Identification below subclass would require a clear view of the cirri on the ventral surface.
The last one is also seen from the dorsal aspect (at a slight angle, which makes it difficult to know the cell's shape). It appears to have cirri (compound cilia), so is probably in class Spirotrichea, but I can't say more.
