Just have two questions

1) in microscope view was so white, but in photo ... you can see .. so grey. How to fix it?

2) could somebody define what is it? I collected rain water, add BG-11 medium (blue-green) and something was grown. Cyanobacteria? Green alga? May be define family?
It was good if you give me other address/link where specialist can give answer

When you photograph something very bright white cameras tend to underexpose which results in a too dark image. Therefore you should compensate by overexposing your images if your camera allows this. You can also adjust the image curve afterwards in a photo editing app (simple phone apps may not have this option).
