More Scale Worm Gut Contents

Hello!
My research partner and I are doing some ID work on what scale worms eat! We dissected the gut contents of H. brevisetosa and took some photos. We are stuck on this particular organism. Not too sure if it's an annelid or something else entirely. Any tips would be appreciated! This is taken under 40x on a compound scope.
