Found this attached to some bladderwort in a swamp today. Looks like there could be multiple worm like organisms. The video thumbnail shows the overall look with a cell phone macro lense but the video is 100x microscope view.

You might get a copy of Freshwater Invertebrates of North America by J. Reese Voshell, Jr - it will tell you how to identify a caddis worm. A good on-line reference to aquatic macroinvertebrates is here
