Is it a Nikon 5x for example? Or maybe an Olympus? Olympus has the red circle more towards the nose though:

Probably a 45mm parfocal Nikon infinity CF objective, from before the CFI60 line.

What 5x objective is mount inside this WYKO Michelson Interference adapter?
