BX/AX Filter Cube Turret Labels

Testing paints on a scuffed steel surface to make some mag tags for a filter cube turret.

Might try a primer coat to get the black to hold better. Even with a sanded surface the black scratches off too easily. Note the green glow under blue light.

Brother "P-touch" labels can be up to 1" wide and with a very tenacious adhesive also available. Options include black on white, black on yellow, white on transparent, black on transparent, etc. The transparent labels can go over any color paint and protect it from wear.

Might just stick one on a thin steel back and cut the label around the edges? It will wear about as well as powder coat paint.
