Dark Field Disk Sets for Motic Phase Contrast Slider

Anyone aware of a third party that manufacture a set of dark field stoppers that will insert into the open center hole of the Motic Phase Contrast slider? This would be the slider below, designed for the BA or Panthera C2 series.

Unlike the Motic Dark Field slider, the open center hole in the phase contrast slider conveniently has a lip on the bottom, which would allow one to drop a disk into it. Based on my initial measurements, the disk stopper would need to be 21.5 mm diameter. 22mm might be tight. So I am looking for a variety of dark field stoppers I could drop into this open hole, to use with oblique lighting.
