Dimension of Olympus parts

Hello everybody!
To upgrade our Olympus BX-51 microscope for observation in reflected light we have bought used reflective illuminator "BX-RLA2".
However, all inserts (ND filters and polarizers) were absent.
Could someone please measure the dimensions of the following inserts for the "BX-RLA2":
- U-PO3 (or U-POTP3) polarizer
- U-AN (or U-AN360-3) analyzer
- U-25ND6 (or any other U-25ND* ) ND filter
We would like to make these inserts in our workshop in order to use available filters and polarizers.
