Although I did not know that Euparal is useful for mounting diatoms.

OP didn't mention diatoms tho

Either way I just bought Pleurax from Michel (the owner at Diatoms.nl) and its good quality plus he seems like a really nice guy.

Anglian Lepidopterists Supplies in UK sell both euparal and euparal essence.
It takes some time to dry at room temperature but gentle heat ( e.g. a vivaruim heating pad) does the trick in a day or two.
