The seller is pretty honest and communicative. But he does NOT accept returns (though I have not had a need to return his stuff, after 3 batches of significant purchases. I usually don't buy his "optical problem" and "for parts" though).
I cannot guarantee you a perfect buying experience and I don't get any kickback from the seller. I just bought a bunch of optics from that seller and he said "by the way, I have a sale on eBay". I found some of his prices to be good, so I am passing it on here.
