Positively Amscope

Have a problem finding shops that sell specific materials? Ask here. Are you looking for microscope parts? Do you have anything to offer for sale? Note: this is not a section for external companies to advertise their products.

Have you purchased and received this item? Looks like a scam. Price too low. Too many sold. Not on sale at Amscope where it costs $46.00.

Just think of what you could do with 60 000 lumens. Sneeze while you are setting the brightness and your solutions may turn various colors (fourth product image).

Bingo. 10 points CE. Of what value is a ringlight to a diascopic microscope? There are clearly Amscope personel who don't even know the application of what they are selling.

To be fair, that doesn't appear to be an AmScope listing and may not even be an AmScope badged item. I have little doubt the real deal would not be significantly better, but it's not valid to lambaste them for something someone else is doing. If I listed a Chevy Spark on eBay and claimed it to have 60,000HP that's not Chevy's fault.
60k lumens, gimmie a break.
What a strange world when sellers are advertising products as AmScope to increase sales!

The stock photos are a riot, none of the (cough, cough) "lab" photos even show the product.

I have learned to trust Amscope. I deal with them all the time. In the United States I have learned not to trust E Bay and will no longer order from them.
