Wanted: BH2-FH filter holder for Olympus BH2 illuminator

I am looking for this 45mm filter holder that clips on to the top of the light source of Olympus BH2 series microscopes:

Thanks for the link, I did look at that but the website didn't allow shipping to my country. So I asked the same seller on ebay but he had no more stocks of it. So that was a dead end.

I was just about to post an update actually, that I don't need this any more, as the design is actually not optimal and I am designing and fabricating an improved version myself. I'll post about that soon!
