Wanted: Nikon CFN 10x and 40x (160) phase objectives

I am interested in 10x and 40x Nikon CFN (160mm) objectives--the one with the 3 knurled rings. They're intended for an upright (Optiphot).

I think what you may be looking for is CFN objectives, as I believe the I in CFI stands for infinite.
