Vickers M17 microscope for sale. (Located England, UK) Bear with me as I know nothing about microscopes! I would be pleased if it went to a good useful home. It is heavy. It was left in a house some years ago by a GP. Seems complete, appears to be missing an eyepiece? All mechanicals function when turned, raising lowering. Light works. I believe this was made in the late 70s/ early 80s by Vickers in York, England. It requires some aesthetic work, the slide bed needs paint. There are no extras such as camera mounts. The site won't let me upload 3 jpg photos (too large) but I can email them to anyone interested. I understand it was alot of money new. I am starting at around £120 sterling if this is reasonable. I understand it is a highly usable collectors item. I can arrange shipment by agreement. Thanks for looking!
