Two things. No....wait... 3 things:
It's about the size of a typical Paris apartment.
Vacuum pumps not mentioned.
Need to upgrade to 477V (?) electric service
New filtered cooling water supply
Liquid nitrogen supply
Sputter coater w/ sources and pump?
OK. 6 things (that I can see from 5,000 miles away).
You'd have to feed a grad student and shell out an extra 150,000 euro just to turn this thing "on". Plus you'd have to move out.
