Wanted: AO 100x Phase Annulus and 20 Phase Plan Achro Objective

I am looking for a 100x annulus for an AO 1240 phase contrast turret.

Also seeking an AO 20x Plan Achro objective.

Please let me know what you have and what you need for it. Pics are helpful.

Correction, the condenser a Cat 1240.
