Economic Slides on Ted Pella

I have a question regarding the prices for the economic slides. Do I theoretically pay 9.80 for let's say 10 packages of the blank slides or do I pay 9.80 for every pack?

I believe you pay $9.80 per pack when you buy 10 packs or more. So for 10 packs, you pay $98.00.
