Seeding your terrium

I used plastic window screen material. Any non metallic mesh will do. Make a square. Put in two teaspoons of rice and tie it closed. Soak it in water until the rice is soft. Bury it in the back yard for about a week. Dig it up and dump the contents which will be full of microbes into your terrarium. In about another week you can start having fun with it.
