I don't see any bacteria in those pictures.
The attempt to identify a bacterium down to species level by simple microscopy is pointless. A more promising process is to breed the bacteria on a set of different agar plates and examine how they do on them.

In order to identify microscopic forms of life one needs to follow a protocol. Part of that is utilizing appropriate tools and techniques. Photos taken through the microscope are difficult to assess even when they are good ones, when they are presented outside of a known data base of images. Yours are only passable at best and there is no comparable data base.
You would do much better taking photos of the fish's ailment or physical symptoms and post it on one or more aquarium or tropical fish forums. There are more likely more people with some experience in dealing with fish ailments to help you.

No apologies required. There has to be a data base of Gourami diseases?

Wow looking around it appears there are many fish parasites identifiable from microscopy from lice to flukes to trichodina to ich! Exciting stuff maybe hard to definitively diagnose unless you can perform a biopsy
