Help posting pictures

Hi tried the search function, can't find the help section.
Can anyone tell me how I can post pictures from a iPad or iPhone please.

The way I do it is to post the picture on Photobucket (it's free) click it then click "Direct". This copies the image. On Microhunter click "Img" and paste the photo between the two Img brackets.
