It happened again!

I have a digital scope, a petrographic, a metllurgical, one for brightfield only, one for darkfield only, an infinity scope that I made an extension tube for so I can put all kinds of filters in the light path, and then today I broke down and ordered a phase contrast scope. Does it ever end?

I had a similar day. An Olympus KHC, a Nikon SC, an Olympus CH30 that I could not pass by. It never ends.

Added comment: The lab said, "get these out of here".

There is a general misunderstanding on the purpose of those covers supplied with a new scope,
They are NOT there to guard your scope from dust,
Their purpose is to prevent the stacked scopes on your desk from multiplying.
