A new scope.

#1 Post by Greg Howald » Tue Feb 15, 2022 4:40 am

I bought an omax md82es10 binocular compound scope from Amazon this week. It came today. It is a really small scope that runs on 5vdc, so with the batteries I have it will be a good field scope. I bought it in used condition for more than $100.00 off the retail price. Upon examination, the only reason for its return would have been the falling stage. A simple adjustment fixed that. For a small and very inexpensive scope with a built in camera, I was amazed at the clarity of the images. The filters I had made for another scope fit it very well, so that work does not have to be redone. I'm well pleased. :D
