Hi,
I am a newbie and have a question that I hope someone out there can answer. I have attached a picture of a Zeiss microscope with an apparatus beneath the condenser. I would like to know what it is called and what it is used for. I did look at several Zeiss catalogs and was unable to identify it. I did circle the part in question. Thanks
Jim

Top one is a 32mm filter holder.
The one underneath is an auxiliary lens. See images

Re: What is this device?
Thank you, 75RR, for your answer to my question. I am currently in the process of buying a 465277 condenser for my Zeiss Standard 14 which I recently purchased and tried to post pictures of under "My Microscope". Again, thanks for your help.
