Software
Software
I have a microscope that has has a camera that I use for checking my birds for canker etc. and I am a novice but I can identify the basic things I am looking for. What I need is new software as I got a new computer that has Win10 but no DVD slot. I have an external DVD player but the computer will not play the software disk as it is to old. The microscope is called a Home Doctor but I later converted the camera to work on an old Brunel. I have looked at several software downloads but not sure what I need and I seem to remember seeing AMCAP on the camera icon. Could anyone please give me some idea of what I need.

Re: Software
I didn't need anything extra. What does it say you need?
Are you using Windows 10? There is an app built into to Windows 10. It's called "camera." It will work with your main camera and any one camera you connect to the computer. You will see a little icon that looks like a revolving door. Click on that and it will load the image from your microscope camera. If you are using Windows 10 look for the camera app in your software list.

I don't know. I tried Topview but liked the S-Eye better.
