If you're asking 'can we identify which microscope was used to take a photo' the answer is no.
In broad strokes I can say it looks like a low magnification image so if it was taken on a microscope it was likely a stereo microscope, probably with a reducing lens. But that's guesswork, since there isn't any firm scale here.

Looks like a Zeiss multiphoton microscope which makes sense in the bio-med context.
