Viewing and analyzing microscopy images on an iPad

#1 Post by vadimzinchuk » Fri Jan 28, 2022 6:37 am

Hello,

In case you didn't know, it is now possible to view and analyze microscopy images on an iPad.

You can try it yourself by downloading a free app called CoLocalizer from App Store: https://geo.itunes.apple.com/app/coloca ... 17542?mt=8

The app is designed specifically for iPad to analyze colocalization (an overlap of fluorescence signals of different colors) in microscopy images. But if you don't do this kind of analysis, you can still use the app to view, enlarge, and rotate your microscopy images.

For more information, visit the website of CoLocalization Research Software: https://colocalizer.com/ipad/

If you have any questions, contact CoLocalizer developers via the Contact form: https://colocalizer.com/support/
