Eyepiece lighting.

I was not really satisfied with results from outside lighting sources such as flashlights to light a specimen for reflective lighting techniques so I made an LED fixture to fit into an eyepiece socket or into the camera tube to observe opaque specimens. It will work. My light was just a 1 watt led. You can do it but be careful. The brightness can burn your eyeballs right out of their sockets. Best figure out how to diminish the intensity.
