So I finally found a condenser. But the two spring screws on the side, how are working ones supposed to look like. These are just loose and wobble.

They are like that. That is the out position. You push them in against the slight spring resistance in order to engage the phase diaphragm centering hex screws.

It would have been nice though if B&L hadn't made them act so floppy. It looks broken that way. But I can see you need some angling range to make the connection.

Hopefully all of your hex screws are still good. I have used both the AO type of system with captive push pull wrenches and the B & L system with those funny little wiggly knobs and in use , the B & L system is more ergonomic. Those wrenches engage positively and securely and pop out of the way when not needed, without being intrusive.
