Hello from Northern Michigan

#1 Post by DWBio » Thu Sep 02, 2021 2:45 am

I live in Michigan, and teach at a small college. I’m not a light microscopist by training, it’s really just a relatively recent hobby for me (though several of my colleagues are highly skilled). My technical background is really in mass spec (and some SEM) but I decided it’s kind of fun to look at the cells we analyze before we digest/extract them...

Welcome to the forum. Here you will find more technical knowledge than you need. ( some of these folk are truly experts), and there is plenty of really good advice and help from vast amounts of experience.

I always enjoy the technical aspects, though I definitely have a lot to learn! Eventually I will probably upgrade somewhat so I’m sure the forum will help a great deal with those decisions.
