The resolution of an optical system is the ability to distinguish spatial points, defined by the distance between the two closest points that can be distinguished by this optical system. The resolution of an optical microscope is determined by the resolving power of the lenses, which is here limited by light diffraction. The resolution of an optical microscope will be limited by the wavelength of visible light and the aperture number:we become what we behold

{\displaystyle d={\frac {\lambda }{2NA}}}{\displaystyle d={\frac {\lambda }{2NA}}}
where {\displaystyle \lambda }\lambda is the wavelength of light, NA is the aperture parameter. Therefore, the resolution of the best optical microscopes is only a few hundred nm. For example, with a glazing using blue light (λ = 550 nm), the aperture index for air is 0.95 or can be as high as 1.5 if oil is used. Thus, the best resolution of the system can be achieved about less than 200 nm. This means that points within this distance will be indistinguishable.
I'm looking to figure out some minor resolution issues. Who can help?
