Another New Member here.

I was born in 1968. I am originally from Lorain County, OH. I have lived in Rutherford County, TN since 1976. I married in 2003. I have a son, born in 2005.

I have been persuing Astronomy since 1986. Current telescope: 12" f/5 Newtonian Reflector.
I have been persuing Microsopy in 2012. Currect Microscope is: Amscope M500B-MS.

Welcome! As JimT said, there appear to be quite a few amateur astronomers who are also amateur microscopists.

welcome cpsTN! Here in fingerlakes/US...I spend more time on www.cloudynights.com than I do with either my SkyWatcher 6" F5 achro, or my 127mm oil spaced triplet StarFire F6.

My freshwater/wetlands live microscopy is an all year enjoyment. Oliver started a terrific community and online 'zine' here...again, welcome! Charlie Guevara finger lakes/US
