From Dallas, TX and have always been interested in microscopy. As a kid in grade school, acquired an army surplus microscope, Learned a lot about protozoa in creeks and streams, etc. In college acquired a Bausch & Lom microscope that was much more sophisticated which allowed me to see many more things such as bacteria and other things at the cellular level.

I graduated from college with a degree in Biology and have been exploring the world of microscopy ever since.

Recently purchased a used Leitz Ortholux microscope. What a beautiful instrument!!!
