I would think your best bet might be eBay. Just make sure that the seller offers a full refund if you're not satisfied, and check it carefully when you get it, particularly for delamination. One ebay dealer that specializes in Zeiss items (and he is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very honest, as well as having reasonable prices) is Paul158816 [I don't know him personally and have never dealt with him].
