+ Scientific 100X FN25 Infinite PLAN microsocpe objetivo monting4/5''X1/36 ''tornillo fit ol-mpus CX motic microscopio objetivo

Good afternoon - I own an Infinity Plan 100X-1000 LED Trinocular Phase Contrast Microscope. Model: T610-IPL-PH.

Link to the microscope website:

https://www.amscope.com/100x-1000x-trin ... scope.html

I also have some PLAN FLUOR objectives that I bought in the following link:

https://es.aliexpress.com/item/10050015 ... 3e5fakiSih

. Is the phase contrast light condenser that this Amscope microscope (T610-IPL-PH) already has or has, is it valid to observe in bright field, I say this because of the ring that the condenser has incorporated, or do I need to purchase a different condenser? that he does not wear the ring and that it is clear field?

Thanks in advance

Just guessing from the description and specs in those links.

The thread of the plan-fluor objectives should be OK and the parfocal distance (DIN 45) should be OK.
However, the field number of the microscope is 20mm, whereas the field number of the plan-fluor objectives is stated as 25mm. So you will not gain maximum performance from the BF objective.

Oddly, the second objective in the set of 5 plan fluor is an epi no cover slip objective and all of the rest are corrected for a .17 cover slip. It is included in the group picture. Since it has 0 on it for cover slip correction not - it might be more sensitive to it's corrections than a 10X normally is.
The listing and picture might be a mistake but the 10X as pictured really isn't a compatible objective for a biological microscope
In general though, the objectives should work well on your stand. Nice that the image circle is 25 because you are then only entering their peripheral view using microscope with a 20mm f.o.v, so the part of the image circle you are using should be well corrected.

Good morning: thank you very much for answering

I have purchased two "5mm" extenders for the 4X and 10X. I think for the 20X and 40X it is not necessary.

The PLAN FLUOR 10X objective will not allow me to see the specimen clearly if it is not with a slide? I understand this objective is for viewing blood smear samples, would you still recommend that I purchase another 10X objective that requires the use of a coverslip (0.17)?

It is common for no cover objectives to be used to view stained, prepared and dried blood smears. A 10X is a little low in magnification for that though, unless something that is quite large is specifically being looked for. Usually 40X to 100X is used, even oil immersion without cover slip but the smear being viewed is still on a slide.

I am not sure what the purpose of the extenders is? Shorter objectives in a matched set are parfocal because they have a longer working distance or to put it another way, their front lens is farther from the object when in focus.

The extenders I have needed for the scope 4X and 10X. Not for the others.

Thanks for answering.

Why? They should be parfocal with the other objectives.

Port C where I have placed a dedicated camera needs 4-5mm to focus.
However, when connecting a Labcam Pro for Iphone 12 in any of the eyepieces it looks very good without the need to place an extender.

_______

El puerto C donde he colocado una cámara dedicada necesita 4-5 mm para enfocar.
Sin embargo al conectar una Labcam Pro para Iphone 12 en cualquiera de los oculares se ve muy bien sin necesidad de colocar ningún extensor.
