Anyone know what is needed for DIC on Olympus IMT-2?

I have an Olympus IMT-2 that I have been using for brightfield and phase. I recently picked up a DIC condenser that seems to be complete (at least it has clear material in each DIC position that I assume are the prisms) and I would like to acquire the remaining parts needed to do DIC (probably slowly as reasonably-priced parts become available). Does anyone know what remaining parts are needed?

You need the DIC slider that fits under the objective turret. The slider is on the right in the photo:

Just the one slider? That does not seem so bad. But, of course, finding one by itself at a reasonable price may be difficult. Do you know if the IMT2-MAU in the photo is the only slider that would work, or would some of the other Olympus DIC sliders also work?
